Founder

Hello, I’m Pilar Bocanegra, a real estate lawyer from Marbella with dual degrees in Law and Business Administration. In 2022, I founded Piko Homes in response to the growing interest from our law firm’s clients in renting their properties.
This project was inspired by their trust in our work, driving our commitment to delivering exceptional service. As a result, more property owners have chosen to place their trust in us.

Beautiful villa, lots of space, well thought out rooms, great decor, lots of places to hang out - a big table, a huge sofa, also on the terrace there is a place for a sofa and a big table. We are delighted. Pilar very helpful, great contact very luxurious place, you will be surprised all appliances, big fridge and freezer, each room with its own bathroom, beautiful views from the windows, quite close to the beach, cool area for jogging, quiet and calm in the evenings.
